Bellevue’s Administration team includes staff hired by the City Council to enact and enforce the community’s vision, work plan, and ordinances. From managing city technology and software to implementing the annual budget, as well as ensuring a healthy corps of businesses remain successful in town, the city’s administrative staff are the day-to-day managers appointed by Council to ensure smooth municipal operations.
Since 2008, Keith Spoelker has served as Bellevue’s City Administrator, overseeing the day-to-day operations of city government and services. In this role, Keith provides operational management skills and assists the Council in executing a strategic direction for the Bellevue community. Additionally, he is responsible for drafting and implementing the city’s annual budget. Keith previously worked with the City of Cincinnati, Ohio, for more than 20 years.
Assistant City Administrator / Main Street Manager / Historic Preservation Officer
A former business owner herself, Jody Robinson has worn many hats for Bellevue since joining staff in 2006. As Main Street Manager and Historic Preservation Officer, Jody builds relationships with new and existing Bellevue businesses and ensures state and local historic preservation regulations are followed. In her role as Assistant City Administrator, she assists the City Administrator in managing internal affairs and also represents Bellevue as media and public relations liaison.
