Bellevue’s Winter Carnival and Chili Cook-Off is back!

Join us for an afternoon of winter fun and family-friendly activities in the heart of Bellevue on February 28. Kids can enjoy free games and prizes, seasonal activities, and complimentary popcorn with the Bellevue Police Department. Chili from the Bellevue Restaurant Chili Cook-Off will be available for purchase in cups and flight options. All taking place from 11am-2pm on Foot Avenue at Fairfield Avenue.
