The City of Bellevue is proud to have and maintain several municipal parks, including a few pocket parks, for use by residents and visitors. Additionally, our Bellevue, Kentucky, parks are the site of community gatherings, festivals, concerts, and other special events.
Grills are not allowed in our public parks.
Thomas J. Wiethorn Memorial Beach Park
Dedicated to the memory of Stan and Ethel Swope, who were committed to our community’s youth, this park was named in their honor in 1995. You can find several amenities at Swope Park, located at the corner of Taylor Avenue and Covert Run Pike. The park’s playground includes swings, slides, and basketball courts.
