Waste and Recycling Totes Delivery Underway

Rumpke is delivering waste management and recycling totes to Bellevue residents. The delivery began this week.

Rumpke is dropping the totes in front of homes. Residents should take them to where they normally store their waste containers.

“We are sorry for any inconvenience,” said City Administrator Frank Warnock. “We know that for some it will be difficult to move the totes from the front of the home to the rear, but Rumpke had to deliver a lot of totes in a short period of time, so they hired a contractor to deliver them rapidly for efficiency purposes.”

The same routine and pickup schedule should remain in effect except for recycling. Recycling is now universal, and Rumpke will pick up recycling on the same day of pickup as waste totes.
